The Brief
The goals of the brand video are to attract top talent by showcasing the company culture, values, and work environment, communicate employer branding by highlighting the mission, vision, and commitment to employee growth, and demonstrate opportunities for career advancement, benefits, and perks.
The Production
One fascinating aspect of the project is that the video was filmed in two different countries, with the protagonists located in London (UK) and Minsk (Belarus). Additionally, the project had a tight timeline, with only a two-week turnaround from the initial request to the completed video.
The Result
The result was a video featuring highly empathetic speakers discussing their experiences at the company. Both the filming process and the outcome were open, meaningful, and pretty chill.
